THE RECURRING DEATH OF FRANK LOPEZ | Official Trailer

Frank Lopez is approaching his 35th birthday when a warning from his mother forces him to confront something his family has carried for generations. Across nearly two centuries of Los Angeles history, the Lopez family has been caught in a recurring pattern of violence, displacement, survival, and loss. As fragments of the past begin bleeding into Frank’s present, what once sounded like family superstition starts to feel terrifyingly real. THE RECURRING DEATH OF FRANK LOPEZ is a historical thriller spanning multiple generations of one family, from early California through the Gold Rush, Boyle Heights, mid-century Los Angeles, and the present day.
