Welcome to Pinggr ("Pinggr", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Pinggr apps and website at pinggr.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Pinggr. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Registration may be invitation-only at our discretion. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use Pinggr to: post or share illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content; impersonate others; send spam; distribute malware; attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization; or violate any applicable law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
You retain ownership of the messages, media, music and reels you share ("Your Content"). By posting public content such as public reels, you grant Pinggr a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service. Private messages remain private and are never made public by us.
Reels you mark as public may be shown to other users and displayed on public, crawlable pages on pinggr.com. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to share.
Voice and video calls are provided on a best-effort basis. You are responsible for the music and media you upload and must hold the necessary rights. We may remove infringing material.
You may stop using Pinggr and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinggr is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
